YouTube release tools
With separate permission and an operator’s instruction, Hench can upload studio-owned videos, set titles, descriptions, artwork and visibility, and organise playlists. An analytics refresh does not publish or edit anything.

LinuxNerd Music Studio is the name of our Google-connected studio app. It runs through a privately operated Hench installation for the studio’s authorised adult operators.
Performance reporting
Separate read-only YouTube Data and Analytics connections provide channel and video statistics. Instagram and TikTok reporting uses the studio’s authorised Metricool connection.
Why account access is requested
The app needs channel identity and reporting permissions to show performance for the correct studio channel. YouTube publishing features need additional management permission. Google shows the actual permissions during authorisation; operators can decline them.
Reporting requests read-only YouTube account and YouTube Analytics access. It does not request Gmail, contact, payment or YouTube revenue access.
Who can use it
The connected app is for authorised adult studio operators. This website is public information about the project, with links to music channels; it is not an account-registration or Google sign-in service. Children do not connect accounts to these tools.
Where reports live
Reports and connection credentials are stored in the operator-managed Hench environment. The public website does not host the reporting dashboard or receive its account tokens, private reports or media uploads.
Control and support
Operators choose which accounts to connect and approve publishing actions. The reporting schedule and manual refresh only collect data. Access can be revoked in Google Account connections; existing stored reports must be removed separately.
