Terms of Use
These terms describe the public music website and the privately operated LinuxNerd Music Studio app in Hench.
1. What the service is
LinuxNerd Music Studio is an independent music project. The public website introduces its music and channels. The connected studio app helps authorised adult operators manage approved YouTube releases and read performance reports; it is not offered here as a public sign-up service.
2. Connected platform terms
The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app’s YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s Privacy Policy also applies to Google’s processing. Instagram, TikTok, Metricool and other services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Read the studio’s Privacy Policy before authorising a connection.
3. Account authority and approval
Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Google and other services display the permissions you grant. A performance refresh does not authorise publication, deletion or a change to an account’s settings. Publishing actions require an operator’s instruction.
The app must not be used for unauthorised access, misleading attribution, infringement, spam or artificial engagement. Operators are responsible for the material they submit and for following platform rules.
4. Music, artwork and credits
Music and artwork may include AI-assisted or AI-generated material. Release descriptions provide relevant credits and disclosures. These terms do not assert exclusive copyright over all generated material or guarantee that any release is eligible for monetisation.
Listening links do not grant permission to reuse a recording, composition, artwork, name or likeness. Ask the studio about the particular use you have in mind. Any permission depends on the rights the studio actually holds.
5. Reports and availability
Metrics depend on the platforms, account authorisation, reporting delays and available history. Reporting periods and cumulative counters may differ. Missing values are not proof of zero activity, and recommendations do not guarantee views, ranking, revenue or subscriptions.
The site, third-party services and privately operated tools can be unavailable or change. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
